Times were different in those days. At 17 and driving a hippy looking 65 Chevy van, I got pulled over a lot.
Yes sir and no sir with respect and they would let me and whoever was with me go. I should have been busted several times, but I guess I was lucky?

I was talking to an neighbor about K-Mart and told me that one thing he remembered working there, was they would pay us workers in cash, and the cash cage, as they called it was located at the back of the store, next to the break room.. any one remember getting paid this way ?
