I saw the new Ford Maverick in person today. Not up close but I followed it for a couple of miles because it was going the same direction. It is really a nice size I think they got that right. Things I have read they do have some issues and what new vehicle doesn't ?

I looked at the Maverick too, not sure how it would tow a 3500 pound trailer. New small pickups are too pricy right now.

I will never be caught dead in a Ford! (But, you should check out my 1962 and 1965 Ford 4x4’s, and the 1959 Ford Elenco 4x4 tractors I restored. , and the 1939 Ford 9N. I may not die in one, but you will find me alive and well restoring and wrenching on them.)

All I know is I buy what I like. My second car was a 0ne yr. old Falcon Futura convertible. The nest was a new 1969 Plymouth Sport Fury, then a New 1975 Audi. Then a used 1970 Chevy C10 to pull my boat. I almost forgot the 1954 truck in 1983 which I still have. There are many more but it gets boring after that. But I can't forget the 1960 MGA roadster I had 49 1/2 years up until 3 years ago. ohwell
