Hi guys, anyone willing to help point me in the direction of VIN decoding for the medium duty trucks? I just added to my big bolts with a ‘65 C60 with its original title and paperwork. Rather nice, unmolested farm truck that I’m just going to enjoy. Any help on this VIN would be great!

Can't help you with your question, but just wanted to compliment you on a nice looking truck! You'll have to give us more info about it sometime. Hope you get much enjoyment from it.
The experts on your VIN should be along shortly.

Here's the break down for serial number C6335S161974...

C = Conventional Cab
63 = Model 6300
3 = Cab/Chassis
5 = 1965 Model Year
S = St Louis Assembly Plant
161974 = Unit number starting with 100001 regardless of series. So you have the 61,974th 1965 truck out of St Louis.
