You don't need to see it. Just imagine a 90's shortbed and a 1950 stovebolt mated and had a disfigured baby, but somehow, genetics from a cadillac and a ford also made it into the DNA. Not a good mental image is it?

We need guys like the one which thought that idea was a good one. Makes the rest of us seem perfectly sane and reasonable by comparison. I just bought a '51 complete drivetrain from a guy who put the body on an S10. I'm thinking about putting an S10 body on my '51 chassis. Anyone else on here done that yet? That's hilarious! That's a build I would follow.

Found it and not bad. I could open one picture. Does anyone remember more than 10 years back a company, I think in NC building a 1954 from all new parts? Prices started out at $50000.00. The price continued to go up then it disappeared.

The price continued to go up then it disappeared. I've seen a couple of youtube videos of guys welding an AD cab together from new parts. All the sheet metal is available, but it WOULD be expensive.

Momma always said "If you can't say anything nice, say nothing at all" .... well. I can agree with your mom on that. Except, of course, for when the other person is outside of earshot. By the way, would your mom have been cool with you inclusion the "....well." at the end of your sentence? Seems to be like what the kids these days call "micro-aggressive." (I don't what micro-aggressive means. I ain't exactly a kid anymore. I have been well into my 30's for over 30 years.)
