No (good eyes) it is a fresh air not a fresh air recirculating heater but if you are not that fussy 20 bucks might peak his interest ,or you could look for the parts to exchange to make the difference as it looks like most of the housing is the same except for the piece with the air doors.

Thank you Kevinski and tclederman for pointing me in the right direction. It is not the same heater/fan but I’m willing to give it a shot even if it takes some modification. Thanks Kevinski for introducing me to that helpful site!
