I called the number but a recording comes on that states " The number you are calling is not reachable". sounds like this person needs to he blocked??

I just tried calling his phone number and got the same recorded message. If it were a scam you could get through to him. I think there’s something else going on.

Note; I just sent him an email asking for pics and a video. I’ll let you know if he responds.
