I use DUCK DUCK GO and I think ant your urging months and months ago. This is an android HP laptop. No matter how I try they will not let me do another download as I put my name it informs me there is already an account in that name and the same goes with Facebook and Gmail. I just tried to download this from 2-ton's post, will not play. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIIon1S1Das

If it is telling you that there is already an account with that name, then you need to be logging into you existing account, not trying to make a new one.
If you don't remember your password, all of those have "lost password" links you can follow to reset them.

There does not seem to be any way around starting a new logon. I am just to take it to the shop and hope he can work the magic. I thought incorrectly again that maybe when I changed the restriction protocol that may have done it, but no, I changed it back and it made no difference.
