MJ, your post is considered a For Sale Ad and by Stovebolt rules you must post a price. Thank you

Why not conform to the rules and post a price? You ARE offering it for sale.

"Include price in the Subject line of "For Sale" ads." - Stovebolt.com rule

Maybe the instructions for this forum should also state that a responder to a For Sale ad should post their offer ("in public") too?

Or, use Private Messages for private negotiations.

It was an offer for a different truck than he was asking for.
This is getting pretty dumb. I answered the OP's ad of WTB a C20/C30. I answered back by " I know its not what your looking for " by posting mine is a C10. Hes asking and I answered. Whats the big deal? Why do I have to post a price for my truck IT WAS AN OFFER FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT, he hasn't gotten back to his thread or has he PM me for further inquiries and when and if that happens I will PM him in privet. We need to move on here as I re edited it to show/read I HAVE SOMETHING DIFFERENT TO OFFER. That's it no more no less.

Not for sure why some are getting there panties all in a bunch about this Thread or WTB thread? A confirmation hasn't been established yet so why does it need to have a price as at this time its only an OFFER.

Plain and simple, it’s a Stovebolt rule. If you offer something for someone to buy or consider to buy then you are opening it up for anyone to buy and you MUST post a price. No one but you is getting their panties in a bunch. If you choose not to follow our established rules then perhaps you need a time out to think about it. Your behavior is being reported to Administration.
