Lately when I am typing something 2 blue lines will show up under a word. What does this mean.

If this is what you are talking about,
it is telling you have an extra space between the words.
Red line
you you have the same word twice or it is mispeeled

Tim,
I misspelled the word on purpose. On the original it showed the red line but when I hit send the red line as well as the blue line vanished.
At any rate, the colors under words are for editing purposes. Just click on the word and it will tell you what you need to do.
I am using Office 2010 so it may be different for other S/W.
