Get the address exactly correct. I was scammed this year by a guy that had a similar address. I did get my money back.

Thanks for the information and advice. The scam mention reminded me of something that has been happening in Canada. Some of us use E-transfers for some small amounts and they are very convenient. During the last couple of years there have been more and more reports of scammers intercepting the money on it's way to the recipient. When this happens the banks say they are not responsible, even though the money comes out of the bank account!
