From his Utube channel. A year ago this guy ordered a new Ford Bronco and it came in a week ago. They called him and told them they were bumping the price by $10,000. To keep this short they finally agreed to give him an additional $1000.00 for his trade a Toyota Tacoma. He took it I think mainly because it was ordered for his wife. He mentioned he lived only a mile from the dealership and bought numerous cars and trucks over the years from them. So much for loyalty.

I'm not a lawyer but I believe if he and the dealer signed a purchase agreement for X number of dollars he could probably get it for that figure if he had his family lawyer push the dealer on it. Bumping the price after the fact is pretty sleazy.

Isn't that par for the course for car dealers? ohwell
I was expecting something completely different from the thread title. I would say there are LOTS of idiots out there.

Kevin, it has plurality to it. grin. It may have been like they did with Gladiator and now with the Maverick. Reserve one then put money down later. They could have done like some dealers are doing now, the add-on phony fees.

This will not fly what I am saying next... ,,but how about when this covid frenzy thing that is causing the up prices comes back down .then in return to them car dealers we should get a high price for our trade in ,, seems the same thing as what they doing right now except this would favor the trade in guys ..

Directions are just another mans Opinion

What's next? They gonna resurrect the '65 Falcon?! The worst car they ever made. Early Bronco was a pile back in the day as well.
The Maverick?! Really? Wasn't that just a re-skinned Falcon?

No, the Mustang was a re-skinned Falcon. There were worse cars than the Falcon.

Hey Carl, I loved my 1963 Falcon Futura Convertible that I bought in 1964 and drove for the next 6 years and wish I had never gotten rid of it. Yes, those Mustang braggarts it was only a re-bodied Falcon. nanner
