The center trim uses clips just like the trim on your hood and connects the same way. The corner trim uses the same bolts as the bottom srection to the sheet metal of the truck. You bend the tabs over to hold in place.
Here is my grill before I installed it. Hope this helps.

Is a restoration ever finished?

Hi Harold,
What's a "hopod"? Never mind, it's a hood with an extra letter.

George,
I have the pieces you need. I'll get pictures this weekend and email them to you.

Steve

The 41-46 Chevy trucks are the red headed step children of Chevy trucks. Being produced during the war there were not a whole lot of them sold to the public. I was working on the windows and pulled my inner door panel off and it’s Army green. My point being parts for these trucks are hard to find. It’s good to have a Stovebolt site.

George,

I've got the part and pics. Having computer issues so it will be a couple of days before I can email.

I went on line and found one piece. It’s the one that goes around the grill. The 2 pieces that go on either side of the bottom grill I still don’t have. Wheelie was going to send me some pics but ran into technical difficulties. Classy Chev is out and don’t know when or if they will get more. If someone has some and want to sell them let me know. Thanks
