Hi All,
I would like to find a shipper to haul a 53 GMC one ton
from Lake Park MN to Stockton, CA.
I would rather pay the trucker than a broker, so please
send me any suggestions. Thanks, Mike Stone.

I know a private car hauler based out of MN. He brought a pickup from NE to AZ for me a few years ago. If you PM me your contact info I'll send it over to him.

When are you planning on shipping a truck? I have one in South Dakota that I need to have shipped to Las Vegas, NV. Maybe we can work a deal together with the shipper? Let me know if you're interested! Thanks!

I am not sure. A good idea, if we could make it work for everyone. I spent weeks trying to line up a trucker directly, with no luck.
So I accepted a price from a broker, but it's been days with no shipment set up yet. So I'm not sure if that is going to pan out or not.
My truck is in northern MN, and needs to be moved to central CA., which so far has generated no action. I'm not sure what to say
next for either one of us. If you have any ideas, it might help either or both of us. Thanks.

I went with a site that shopped it to a bunch of brokers. I got about 10 different bids. I just read about uship.com on another thread. That might be a good way to go as well.
