Stock front wheel spacer question

Hello everyone.. smile I'm looking for some information or a work around so I can install steel rims on my 52 1ton.. they are 8x6.5 with 0 offset

I have large stock spacers that mount to the drums on the front end.... I'm basically wondering how you guys managed to mount your rims without having them stick out like crazy.. the truck was a dually so I imagine the spacer was to compensate for the rear.. it looks like the spacer is the housing for the wheel bearings so I dont think removing the spacer is an option..

I have a feeling like I'm missing something simple.. please help a guy out.

I think there is a different front hub for the non dually rim
So your rim needs the single rear wheel style front hub
There are a few trucks with those parts just south east of you in Calvet SK at Amigos wrecking yard.
You don’t even need tools they will take the parts off for you, spindle underneath should be the same unless someone chimes in with better data.
Best of luck
If you need more help PM me I’ll be in Saskatoon next week if my travel plans go well.

Yea it looks like that's my only option.. now I wish I wouldn't have sold off my other 52 1 ton I had for parts frown it was the single wheel setup

May as well get the whole axle while there!
