All the pit crews at the NASCAR race, during laps 9-11, stood on the pit wall holding American Flags and 9/11 memorial flags. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited during pre-game ceremonies. USAF band played the National Anthem as it should be played. Many of the pit crew members are current and former military.
