Just got back to the cheap hotel and it has been a great day at Mongo’s garage. Plenty of hot dogs and beans were consumed along with Vicki’s made from scratch cookies. T shirts were inventoried and ready to distribute tomorrow. Boy Scout flag retirement ceremony tomorrow morning and then back to the garage to wrench and tell stories. Vicki will be making scrap material rugs and will show anyone who wants to learn how. The guys will be going over the 65 GMC with the 292. More dogs and pulled pork is on the menu along with a big pot of baked beans.
More pictures to prove the epic event happened will follow tomorrow. Don

#1, Tuts next to one of Mongo’s trucks. #2, The front of Mongo’sDoodle Bug with the Stovebolt cast emblem on the front. He had it at past reunions. #3, Mongo and his new Doodle Bug with a boom and winch.
