 Window Regulator Adjustment

Got the window channel felt in my 49 Chevy Truck. Put the new window regulator in and got the window glass in. Everything works great, except...when the regulator is all the way up, there's about a 1/4 inch gap between the top of the felt channel and the top of the window glass. The window crank is topped out, but I can reach in under the window and push it up into the channel. Is there an adjustment that will allow the window crank to crank it all the way to the top? This is a brand new window regulator from Classic Chevrolet.

What I see in the manual I have is to keep the bolts loose and push the window all the way up and then tighten the bolts.
