Only two ifs clips actually FIT the AD trucks: the now extinct Pacer and the Chevy Nova. Lots of protests from the Camaro/Firebird clipped owners but we do it for a living and have done Corvette, Dodge Dakota, Jaguar, and anything else that comes somewhat close to clearing the fenders, steering, or other suspension parts. To wrap up this War and Peace long digression I was GIVEN a 68 Nova which has the rear mounted steering box and messed around till it was gone. People were moving and had no place for it. Guess I'll stand in front of a mirror and cuss out the DA.

I have had the Pacer on my 54 since the mid-80s. No issues except for the seals went out twice, once on the old one and one on the replacement but none since, 15 years.

I've got the remains of a 76 Nova my grandmother bought new and passed around to several family members before it ended up with me. Does it matter fit-wise on the front clip if it's a coupe or a sedan? The one I have is a 4 door.

Why does a chicken coop have two doors?

If it had four doors, it would be a "chicken sedan!"

Jerry the clips are all the same regardless of body style. The station wagons had higher rate springs.

What years had the steering gear on the back side of the cross member? So will any year Nova subframe work?

Back side from 68 through 74. 75 and newer work fine but take some steering shaft fab from steering column to steering gear box. The 61 through 67 had the terrible spring on the upper A-frame design.
