Good luck, I have had 2 done 20 years ago and up until age caught up with my no issues. My son age 50 has been healthy and lives a healthy lifestyle, runs mini-marathons but yesterday he told me had to have a heart ablation. Noy knowing what it is I googled of course. Then he tells me the doctor did not tell him to run and he runs most days. So I asked him if his car had a wheel wobble would he drive it on the highway before having it check out. He said no so I told him to find what the doctor says and follow that.
