That's a dangerous combination!

I have old trucks and cut the grass every three days. Best of worlds.. a couple ratty trucks but a neat home place.

I took Crush out again yesterday and circled the block 3 more times. Another neighbor popped his head up as I went by. I waved and he waved back.

My neighbours don't mind my kid's '52 panel when it's parked out front. (Not too many panels seen around my region.) The truck is bright yellow so it does draw attention. Many people walk or drive by and stop for photos. We've seen it as background on people's Instagram pages. People have tracked the truck down on line which has translated into new business for his mobile oyster shucking catering business.On a side note, a few years ago my kid was shucking oysters at a local exotic and supercar show. Several people made the comment that even though there was a 2 million dollar Buggati about 50 yards away, the panel was their favourite car at the show.

I live in a secluded world. I was watching the news the other day where a woman is being fined $40,000 dollars for the back tire being off her paved driveway on her own grass. This a small town, not an HOA. And the fine continues to grow. To get this right I googled it. and 2 stories popped up, one about a fine of $100,000 and another for $160,000, and a third for $165,250, Some of these are in Florida so I am guessing that the powers that be are standing too long out in the midday sun. And I thought only mad dogs and Englishmen went out in the noonday sun.

LOVE it! My favorite color is yellow. I had my Chevelle painted "Safety Yellow", and the actual paint used was the kind you see in corporate buildings to paint the yellow on components that are critical. You could see it coming from the next county

I have toyed with the idea of painting my Panel that color, but the body on my Panel is pretty tired, so I am thinking flat black, BUT, to have some bright accent colors in different places. Not sure if those accents would be yellow, or, the original color of the truck, which I refer to as "toothpaste green".

This made me think of that ad where the HOA lady is out nitpicking at everyone's yards.

I read that story also and seen the drive way and non[-grass yard that this one women parks a car on.. she should abide by the laws as she now is a "Recidivist"

The City in her case enacted this law or maybe the people voted for this law and so if you live in this city ,,you got to abide in the law or else .. she could try and get enough people to get a recall on the law ,,but until then she needs to abide by the law.

I've always parked whatever I want wherever I want- - - -but I've also got a hundred acres to do it on. It's paid for. I've got a small arsenal and several pieces of farm equipment that are capable of digging deep holes. Any questions?

None from me about if you can do it or not... I think that many people who has less land than you do,,, can and do a nice job of making their places look nice.. everyone has some junk ( I think ) and they ,,like me put it back out behind if possible some where not seen easily..
I lived on acreage and took pride in making the place look organized and kept up.. I had 15 acres .

I now live in a HOA and really like it .,,,I have have curb side open for company instead of cars behind cars..
So,, if one wants junk and cars and trucks to play with ,,they they should rent or buy a place with enough room do so .. OR go by the laws of the area they live in..
