7.00-15 tires on 54 3100

I know the 6.70-15 were original but does anyone have 7.00-15s on their truck. I like the old look but want to know if they will rub on the front when steering. Truck has one on the rear and like how it fills out the wheel well.

It has been difficult finding rims but am confident I will get some soon.

Appreciate any comments or opinions.

Your front wheel wells have all kinds of room for a 7.00 tire, especially on the stock 15" wheel. 7.00's are about 8 " wide. I've got 215x75x15s (almost 8 1/2" wide) on the front of my 51 and there's all kinds of room. The 7.00 tire is almost 2" taller than mine but my truck is lowered 3" and all is fine. Good luck.
