Hi Folks,
I've had my 54 3100 for coming up on 2 years, and have learned so much about the truck from all of you folks.
This past weekend, I pulled the truck out of storage, and the speedometer was making a god awful racket. I did a quick search on the forum, and found how to pull the inner cable, and how to lube it. Did a quick fix, and now, its quiet.

Thanks for all you sharing your insights, and taking the time to help us new folks.

Thanks for the feedback and the kind words, Kevin! Now share what you know! You're not a new guy anymore wink

Ain't too many folks in here who don't share your very thoughts about how helpful folks are around here.
Its good to hear it from you.
The only thing cooler than these old trucks are the people on this site who drop everything to help a guy out.
