I took a trip to the local hobby shop yesterday just to look around and swap lies with the owner as I know him pretty well. I was looking at the models on the shelf and came across a 1950 5 window Chevy truck. Well...you guessed it, I bought it. I remember building models back in the 60's when I was a kid. The kit contains parts for a stock truck or the service truck like on the box. I'm going to lower it and put on some aftermarket wheels and install an aftermarket SBC engine. I'll paint it red to match my 49. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/p...ZzKjBGvNNoYtU3zC=w469-h625-no?authuser=0

Did you make sure it has a clean title??
Just don't give up halfway through the hotrodding process and leave it out side up on lego blocks to deteriorate.... and waste hundreds of pennies ....

I need to quit trying to fix my own crappy cars. I spent 10 hours over 2 days doing a 5 hour job. (replaced the oil pan gasket on a 2003 monte carlo). Then My "new" blazer tried to eat my arm while i was trying to fix my door window..
Another quality post.
