Hello Andy, I responded to your first thread then spotted this one. While I do have a 6BT in my ---ge 3500 I can't help on your hose question. I'd suggest straightening a heavy wire cloths hanger, forming it to the shape needed. Then with the hose diameter needed on each end, go to the local parts stores and ask to look in their stock room for a hose that'll work. Done this a few times and always found something that would work.

Also, don't be surprised if this post winds up in the Hi-Po forums.

Many of us have gone the route RonR suggested. That’s why it’s a good idea to make your parts counter guy your friend. I’ve only been denied access to the hose rack one time and that was by a Autozone corporate rep. Drove a mile down to NAPA and found what I needed.

I use Cu plumbing elbows and straight sections of rubber hose between, makes it easy on the road fixing leaks.

These guys have hose kits for swapping Cummins into late model trucks. Might be a good place to start.

Get a muffler shop to bend a piece of exhaust tubing to the shape of the coolant plumbing you need and couple up the ends with short pieces of radiator hose. They can expand the ends of the pipe to match the nipples on the water pump and the radiator. Some shops will even do that with stainless steel tubing if you like a little bling under the hood- - - - -polish it before you install it!

Roll a bead near each end of the tube wherever possible.
