Does any one know the bed dimentions for a 1940 GMC AC 152 3/4 ton pickup?
48.5” x what length?

My AC 152 bed length is 92 1/4 inches long. Has 3 stake pockets.

Thanks Joe, is your bed original? I replaced mine with a 47 Chevy box back in 1981, 88.5” long, and now want to replace with the original size.

Yes it is, and pretty well beat up. It will take a lot of work to make it look good again. I am also looking for another box, and it will be tough to find another long box around here.

Hello again Joe, I would like to ask if you could count the leaves in your front springs of your 1940 AC150?
Mine has 8, I need to replace and see for 1940 there is 7 on the new ones and 8 for the 1941.
