There hasn't been a post in here since January 23rd!
Surely someone has been worthy of some disrespect and hazing since then!?
I yield to the floor.

I noticed that also Carl. It was even a full moon a couple weeks ago.

So I guess I'll ask a question and put out a dare.
Any ODSS folks thinking or planning on attending the First Annual Southern Stovebolt Jamboree?
Too Far, Too Hot or, are you afraid to go into Tennessee? What's that movie, Deliverance?

It is still in the planning stage, but I plan on being there, heck, my wife may even be with me.

Tim
I thought that may wake them up some from their winter hibernation?
But alas, they prefer to be curled up in their den together and wait till warm weather arrives!!!

Some of us have been offline attending to life stuff (like the Jay Oh Bee and such ...)

Hambone *wants* you to think he's a bad boy and got kicked out. its an act. He's one of the tribal elders of the ODSS. Just a slight motion of a finger puts trucks in motion all across the middle Atlantic seaboard.

Kicked out indeed. Harrumph.

The ODSS Star Chamber Secret Executive Membership committee did recently meet, though. Part of our secret proceedings was to vote to strip Carl of his membership and expel him from our ranks. No reason to do so was brought up. We just felt like doing it. But then a strong wave of ennui swept over us (possibly fueled by the Imperial ale 16-pt DB) and we neglected to take it any further... In fact, no one even bothered to motion to adjourn. We all just kinda left. But this was all secret so don't tell Carl.

laalaa

If we *were* going to expel anyone for cause, it would probably be Mike Roache for repeated violations of the ODSS Noise Guidelines. no, not his voice, but his %^&*$#@*&*&*& Generator! I think the next time he fires that thing up, we pummel him. Mercilessly.

When Marlow fires up his 6-71 in the middle of the night, most of us go "Ahhhhhhhhhh ....." and roll back over to sweet dreams. When Roache fires off the gennie, it's like someone woke you up with a kick to the genitals and then stuffed your head into a rock crusher.
