Is there any problems with putting 50 doors on 54 cab. Truck is 54 3100 5 window. Any problems with striker or latch location?

The strikers are different on the 50 so changing them to the 50 style would be necessary. I don’t know if there’s any other mods you would need to do.

You shouldn't have an issue I used 49 doors on my 54 cab. However I used Altman Easy Latches so I could put electric locks in it.

Or, if you want to use “original” latch/catch, use a pair from the same year/style. There were at least two different styles between 47-55st.

First photo, 47-51 latch. Second photo, 51-55 1st series latches (also fit 55 second series thru 62).

Another option is to use a Hagan vent window elimination kit on your 51 and up doors.

The recess in the cab is different where the strikers go I've never had a set close properly when mixing and matching. I was able to put 54 doors on a 48 but not the other way around. Altman or Bear Claw probably fixes that.
