FYI, Friday evenings are cruise nights in Cedar Rapids, IA. We took the '47 up there last Friday night and had a blast! I don't know the official start time, but a couple hundred vehicles: old, new, rat rods, hot rods, classics, motorcycles, and a number of Stovebolts too, were cruising 1st Avenue! There's plenty of parking and eateries along 1st Avenue for participants and spectators alike. I was told that earlier this month there were over 600 cruising vehicles counted!!
Maybe it was the beautiful weather or the fact that it was just nice to be out and about, even at a safe distance.......
