If you are talking about this in the picture, I just grabbed mine and pulled it off. I never even tried that they looked almost pressed on so i was worried but ill try and just pull it off thanks!

If it's stuck tight with congealed grease, just warm the race up with a Propane torch and grab it with a welder's glove- - - -it will slip right off.
