Sir:

I found your excellent instructions for seat belt mounting. I have ordered the belts with the threaded mounting plate per your suggestion, which is the subject of my 2-part question: Do I need to use a lock washer or Loctite with the mounting plate, and, will I have trouble with the mounting plate turning when I try to tighten?

Just saw this. If you are talking about the shoulder belt anchor on the upper inside of the cab, then yes, medium loctite is a good idea. See picture below.
Some I’ve talked to have somehow secured a wrench on the nut that’s welded to the washer or had long enough arms to reach up there with a wrench. Either way, the loctite is a good idea. However, I think it would become very obvious if the bolt started backing out of the nut. Things would get wobbly.
