I was checking out a website called WhatCulture.com to read an article they had about an old movie. There was a pop up advertisement that was so annoying I couldn't read the article. It took me over ten minutes to finally figure out how to make it go away. Then it came back, time and time again, as though it is set up replay every few minutes or so.

I am so glad that John and Peg decided to keep advertising on the Stovebolt to a bare minimum. I'm sure that doing so, they are turning away lot's of revenue.

Thank you John and Peg for creating the Stovebolt, and keeping it family friendly and advertising free. Most of all, thank you for making it, and keeping it "Absolutely Free". thumbs_up

As Alvin has said many times, do not hesitate to donate a few bucks when you can for the upkeep of this website.

You're welcome, John. Paul helped me write code so that only Ron gets pop ups when he logs in -- Malware notices, dating sites, rattan furniture dealers, plumbing supplies, Chinese tire manufacturers.... his clicks pay for everything around here ....
