I agree, not a good idea to use those.

How about "Newbie" to replace "New Guy", although "you guys" seems to be gender neutral nowadays. My mom's best friend strenuously objected to that years ago, however.

If the member can remember how to get into their profile they can change their title to whatever they want. There are several members who have done that. I may have just opened a big can of worms. Some folks on here have trouble censoring their thoughts.
