I sold one recently to them. It was in early May when this Covid was really screaming here in Florida. I probably lost $2K but I didn't have to show it to lots of people.

took a 2001 Ranger to Carmax. i was 3rd owner, but am related to the first two, so I knew the history and care of the truck. Carmax looked it over and offered $1800. They said they'd lock in that price for a week when I said "No Thank you." Put it on Craigslist that night, and next morning I sold it to a nice young lady for $3600. I should point out, this was pre covid.
