In a dry area of the state.
In the "arid" east side of the mountains.
"18 inches of rain per year. Milton-Freewater averages 9 inches of snow per year."

It would be nice to see more photos.
But, it seems to look good.
And, the price is good.

Wish I had the time to go check it out, about 50 mile away from me on the other side of the Blues. M-F, as locals call it is between Pendelton, OR & Wall Walla, WA.

Small point, but a 6500 is a 2-ton. Just saying. Probably 16000 GVW.
