These are for the rear Huck brakes on larger trucks where you use a socket to adjust, rather than a screw driver. It is called a pinion. These come up on Ebay occasionally. I do not think our usual vendors have these. Try putting an ad in the parts wanted forum.

So many people ask questions without giving the application. Makes it nearly impossible to help them without giving details. It is like going into the ER of a hospital and saying I need a quart of blood. Just take one out of storage and start the transfusion.
