Has anyone ever tried one of the red silicone valve cover gaskets? I was looking on Ebay and ran across a company in Tenn. that makes them. They say to not use any sealer and torque to 25in.lbs. and are
reusable. I would like to know a little more about them before puchasing one.

Sorry, 216,235,261 you have to use the stud style valve cover as these gaskets have no holes.

Looks like there are holes in this one? [ebay.com]
But, the vendor says one-size/set fits all, 1937-1962???

I have. Works fine, looks weird. Felpro back in the day had a black rubber variant of the valve cover gasket and so the black sort of blended in. The orange band at the bottom of the valve cover when installed just stands out a little to much for my taste.
