Justhorsenround: I agree with your post, however in this case, I think using off-brand trucks, even with pictures, to drive home the point of how to properly tow a camper, is perfectly relevant. Maybe it should be placed in another forum besides general truck talk. The only reason I say this is to help a fellow member understand towing limits for his safety and others on the road.

Yup, very good Tech Tip, too bad John couldn’t find a couple of site appropriate tow vehicles. FWIW, I own a 2014 F350 and have owned a D3500 prior to that. Great rigs but not site appropriate. The site doesn’t say ALL trucks it says pre’73 GM/Chevy and I try to respect that. Until site owners instruct me otherwise I will adhere to the rules and I expect you all to do the same.
