Cool, I was able to reactivate the Stovebolt VIN-Buster on my computer by allowing it to run Adobe Flash player. Says it's a '52 3600 3/4-ton, manufactured in Oakland, CA.

Thank you gents.
The California code makes sense since the former owner drove it out to Virginia 15-20 years ago. It is is amazingly good shape. I usually start with a truck with more metal on the ground as rust dust than what is left on the truck.
