I finally got my 54 235 back in my truck today from being rebuilt. I can’t remember where the oil pressure line connects to the engine.
Help!!
Thanks in advance.

For the oil pressure gauge? The photo attached is from my '54 235 (engine serial number suffix F54Z, so originally a passenger car, standard transmission, solid lifter engine). The fitting toward the rear (right on photo) has the OP gauge line coming straight out of the fitting, and the feed to the oil filter canister (bypass-style) coming off to the left. The return from the filter is seen toward the front of the engine, left of the exhaust pipe, which returns oil directly to the pan.
