So I found a brake master cylinder leak and found two options on rock auto. One is a raybestos the other ACDelco. They each have exactly the same picture, raybestos is 100 and ac delco is 139.

Recommendations?

This is for a 1940 1.5 ton WB.

Least expensive one. Without a doubt. A new rubber seal kit also works. Rockauto RAYBESTOS MK33 $19. Lifetime warranty.

I'm away on an ego trip. Will be back on Feb 30.
I'm not an Auto Mechanic, but I play one on TV.

Probably both made off shore anyway. Take the cheaper one

It's most likely the same casting, just a different name on the box. "AC Delco" is an offshore brand now, and has been for several years. "Delco Remy" was a division of General Motors that made electrical parts back in the 50's and 60's, possibly as late as the 1970's. I don't think they ever made brake parts.

Rebuild it and when you do, hone it carefully and well using brake fluid to lubricate the honing stones. Polish the bore if you are able. That leak will stop unless rust and age have pitted your bore too far. I've seen some that leaked like that out of the box.

Somebody with a lathe and a little common sense can bore and sleeve your original master cylinder with a piece of stainless steel tubing, and it will out live you, and possibly your grandkids.
