I do know where there is or was one on a 4100 in Kansas . It was on the same truck I sold you the frame horns. In the spring I plan to go back but is a crusher yard so will be a chance if it is still there. And then there would be the removal process all by hand. Keeping you in mind. Curious how much different the one on th 6400 is from what you are seeking. Good luck , like they say on some of the other sites maybe someone has one just lying around. Hah

I haven't compared side by side, but the data books show three unique part numbers for the '54-55.1 one piece rear engine crossmembers, so I'm assuming it wouldn't work.
How complete is that 4100? And what year is it?
I'll also be looking for a rear axle (H110), 5 or 6 wheels, and front and rear springs.
'66 c10 rust bucket, 350 nv4500 stock bellhousing, '85 c30 front suspension, h072 rear axle with 3/4 ton rear coil springs '67 cj5 225 oddfire motor, time for disc brake conversion, offset rear dana 44, intermediate pedals and steering upgrade '48 3804 frame and bed + '52 6400 cab and front clip + 4bt, need to put them together

The 4100 is a 54 . Someone including me started taking the interior parts out of it . However Most of the drive train is still intact . It still had the wheels on it .
One of these days I am going to compare the 54 Chevy truck crossmembers ( Will have to be warmer than 20 degrees ) . That I have in my yard . That would be a 54 1/2 ton . 54 3/4 ton , 54 1 1/2 (6400) . I usually agree with the GM parts books but not always. Unfortunately I do not have a one ton on hand right now.

Still looking.
If anyone has a '54-'55.1 3800 frame that is for parts, that would have the rear engine crossmember that I'm looking for
