Any one have any experience with ordering from Brothers truck parts .They have a sale on till the end of the month was thinking of purchasing some parts but would have to wait till they begin to ship across the borders again.

I have promised myself too never buy parts from Brothers trucks again. I live 50 miles from them and I get faster delivery from companies across the country. Customer service is annoying and their phone system is annoying. In all fairness, they do have many how-to videos that can be accessed for free.

They have a nice catalog and website. Jim Carter needs to buy them out just for that reason alone...

Jim Carter is a good outfit, but their website could definitely use improvement. Hard to find stuff. I have relied on their print catalog, which is good, to put together web orders.
I've never ordered from Brothers, although I do have one of their catalogs.

I have a Brothers fuel tank in my truck. I needed some parts and advice, I got NO response. The gas tank works just fine though.

Another quality post.

I recently requested the instruction sheet for a rear sway bar, I'm still waiting on a response. I have had mixed results with Brothers, once they shipped the wrong parts, they shipped out the correct pieces overnight, told me to keep the previous order.

Ordered an insulated firewall pad a couple of years ago that was on sale and it arrived just fine about a week later. No problems.

I've bought a couple things from them. Haven't had a problem. Never called them for tech support or customer service though.
