How long is the extension wire for the brake pedal return spring?
It hooks onto one end of the spring, while the other end hooks into the brake pedal lever hole.

I could go measure mine, but I'd have to remember where it is first. Might be buried under the snow on the chassis still. ohwell

How soon do you need to know? The snow should be melted away in another couple weeks. wink

I know I’m a bit late to the party but I found the picture that helped me find the right replacement when I was in the same predicament.

Thank you everyone! I made one 8 3/4" as specified by several and installed it today. Went together well. That is one stout spring. Brake pedal feels just right.

Yeah, I had a tough time getting the two together. I didn’t have enough power using vice grips. While I was struggling, I was thinking that they must have sent me the wrong spring. I ended up using a small piece of 3/16” rope in a loop to stretch the spring enough to get it over the extension. Once together the brake pedal felt fine.
