The vin is hard to read on my phone, but on my laptop I can zoom in and the plate is stamped with a P. And the 1 is an I. That big rubber washer-thing is covering the rest of the number. And the stamping is too perfect, too neat and straight compared to most I have seen. So I’m thinking replacement plate... I don’t know. Also it has a 90 mph speedometer. But I know that a lot can and does happen in 70 years.
It has 1-piece windows, twist-type door handles and drivers side cowl vent, and telescopic shock absorbers -- so it's probably a 1950.
