https://www.ebay.com/itm/1950-Chevrolet-3600/164146618509

Some errors in the description...

Dually rear axle (Is it really a 3800?), 54? 235, 50 style 3600 numerals on hood, 9HP1 serial number (not sure about the 1 — should that be an I? — The HP is a 50 3100 code.) Has nice chrome grille. Says seller has title.

Comments? Thanks.

Is the "P" an "R" on the plate? I'm kinda seeing an R ..but I've been up since 03:30..
R is the 3600.
See attached "cheater"
"I" : September
PS "Sellers Notes: Hard to read VIN"

Thanks
The vin is hard to read on my phone, but on my laptop I can zoom in and the plate is stamped with a P. And the 1 is an I. That big rubber washer-thing is covering the rest of the number. And the stamping is too perfect, too neat and straight compared to most I have seen. So I’m thinking replacement plate... I don’t know. Also it has a 90 mph speedometer. But I know that a lot can and does happen in 70 years.
It has 1-piece windows, twist-type door handles and drivers side cowl vent, and telescopic shock absorbers -- so it's probably a 1950.
Thanks again.
