Tim "fixit 58" Wainscott has taken a leave of absence from the Events and Hot Wash forums as moderator. As with many of us, some health problems have pressed in on life and he's stepped aside for a season.

Along with some help from many Bolters, the forum was steady!

Sooo a warm WELCOME to another Tim ... Lederman. He's offered (maybe cajoled ohwell) to moderate the two forums. We'll have some guidelines worked into the headings as soon as we can.

Thanks to all.

I do not remember how I got this role. My memory was always flakey, and it has gotten worse with increasing age. ohwell

Until the "bosses" (Peggy & John) come up with guidelines, if you know of an old truck related event, please PM to me the following information.

1. Name of the Event
2. Name of the organization(s) sponsoring the event
3. Date of the event
4. Link to a website for the event
5. If possible, Stovebolter-name (and email?) of a person who knows about the event
5. Any other pertinent details

It looks like I can add attachments (and maybe you can do so, too).
If you attend the event, post a after-event report and attach a few photos in the Hot Wash Forum..
If it is an annual event, maybe we will leave the entry/event here (to be edited in the future?)?

I'll be editing this post, after I receive corrections/additions (and, guidelines) from the bosses.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
