LIsted as RPO 389 Wide Running Boards at least from 1950-1952.
Not listed in 1953-55st. I'll check pre-1950 Truck Data Books, if anyone cares?
They would be useful - but, at that price . . . !?!?

I agree Useful....but Very pricey. Too much for my blood. But they would look good on my 50' 3100 I love how they market them for "Delivery" like newspaper boy....I can picture the paperboy hanging off the running boards tossing papers! Very Cool.

I only remember a few threads on this forum about these running boards
One member had them on his truck and asked about them, most including me thought they were a custom job. We were later corrected when the accessory link was posted. It is a neat rare accessory but maybe the value would be with the truck they were on.
I seen one set in person at a car show. I like the look.
