Hello, this is my first post here. I was given a C60 recently. it's not in horrible shape and I intend to run it. It's got a newer 73' 350 engine that has a bad cam and of course I'll replace the brake system. Single speed rear (seems odd). My question is about a parts source for the parking brake, all I've got is a brake handle, the drive shaft had two bolts holding it to the transmission yoke. Any help would be appreciated

Hy robinette72, welcome, If you would tell us what transmission your truck has that would be very helpful as different transmissions had different sizes of parking brakes. Pictures of what you have left and any dimensions would also be helpful. Once you know better what you are looking for there is a parts wanted forum farther down the page, hope that helps.

It's a cl265v is on the plate on the kick panel, my next question is where can I source a slave cylinder. All the ones I find say "Exc, Clark 5 spd" I can send it out to be rebuilt for$170, but would like to find a cheaper one, Thanks for any help

Hy robinette72, long time no hear from, when you ask us a question and we try to help you we would expect a response sooner than eight months later. You will have to find a wrecker/transmission rebuilder to get the mounting parts for the parking brake, I will try and find a part number for the band. As to the clutch slave cylinder, I come up with Napa's part number NCF 73466, it is a 1 1/16" bore go in and have them bring up a picture of it or take your old one in for caparison price is $29.99, hope that helps

Thanks, I just about gave up on this thing between the wheels and parking brake, I found a place to rebuild the slave cylinder if needed for $170. I’m new to forums so it’s taking some getting used to. Thanks for the help
