Hello,

The page with "More than 1010 useful sites for information, parts, services, other sites, tools, insurance and a "publications library."

No big deal just wondering what happened to the Links Page, I was going to link to it in one of my post, but can't find it.

Thanks,

It was eliminated during the last update. Too out of date, many were no longer in business.

You can find a copy from the Wayback Machine. Not sure how well the links. That was one of the reasons it was dropped. A lot of time keeping the list up; a lot of dropped links; and some too hard to tell they were legit. Didn't want to advertise a spammer.

But ... that's the list with the subsequent pages. ohwell

Maybe you/we should establish/enlist a Link Legitimizer Moderator?

Duty: check all links every three months.

They were quite useful, when kept up-to-date.

Let's see who offers to help.

I had them alphabetized to keep track. I thought it was fun growing the list.

I have a better idea ... how about you all try this crazy new thing ... it's called a "search engine." It works like this -- you type in what you are looking for and it displays a whole bunch of choices for you. The more specific you make your search, the fewer (more focused) choices you get. Cool, huh?

I like Duck Duck Go (it doesn't snoop on you) but there are others out there, too.

I saw the duck duck thing. The w3.org site uses that search engine.

And we have a volunteer for the links question. big_eek Will wrap up ... other things in the works first. headscratch
