Ron, thanks! Those guys could live in my part of the world. We have characters that would be right at home on their Moron River Shanty. Not many years ago, on the White River here in Arkansas many boats very similar to theirs were used as full time residences. The Corps of Engineers moved em out in the mid 90's. It was, I guess a good thing, but when you go down to Indian Bay (near St. Charles on the White River Bottoms it just doesn't seem right not to see several shanty's tied up. If the fish weren't biting you could stop at a floating house or two and buy what you had a hankering for (fish that is).

Oh, and I've caught many flatheads on limb lines and trot lines. They are the best tasting catfish.

I wonder how those fellows drydock the shanty when repairs are needed (replacing a flooded barrel or two). That would require another bologna sandwich or two...lol.
