I looked this morning at 6:30 central time and it was 11:30 pm new years eve in New South Wales.
The bush fire made the US national news tonight. They are about 250 miles south of Tim and Karen.
They are at their Holiday house with the beach close by and about 85 degrees F there.

Happy New Year!! We made another one!!chug yahoo

All good here but smoke in the air all the time have not seen rain for ages and no sign of it coming on water restrictions at the moment. The fires have been massive to the south I have a place that backs onto a national park that is in a high flame zone but have a chevvy as a get away vehicle my wife laughs when I say that but money can replace everything else Happy new year to everyone get a reunion in Kansas City or homecoming on your bucket list
